BIO
Buddy Mullins is best known as an outstanding vocal artist and was inducted into the Gospel Music Association’s Hall of Fame for his time singing with the Grammy and Dove Award winning Gaither Vocal Band. He has travelled and sung his entire life with many gospel music greats such as Bill and Gloria Gaither, Clay Crosse, New Song, DC Talk, Newsboys, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Amy Grant, as well as performing on well known youth author and speaker, Josh McDowell’s “Right from Wrong” tour and the Billy Graham Crusade. He is also a songwriter and musician and has had several number one songs on the charts such as “It’s Still the Cross” and "God is Believable."
His passion now is world missions and he is the CEO for Hope for the World Foundation, which is a 501(c3) missions organization that is sharing God’s love for people by providing for their basic needs in order to share the love of Christ. Most recently, Buddy joined the Booth Brothers and moved to Nashville. He felt that he could expand the reach of HFTW by using his musical abilities to share about the mission. He and his wife, Kerri, also travel on occasion singing and sharing the passion and mission of Hope for the World Foundation.
Buddy is husband to his wife Kerri Mullins of 32 years. Buddy and Kerri have been in ministry together for the past 15 years singing and ministering together in the U.S., Europe, and the Bahamas. They now serve together with Hope for the World Foundation of which, Buddy is the CEO. When Buddy joined the Booth Brothers, a move to back to Nashville was necessary. They live south of Nashville in Columbia, TN and are actively involved in their church, Connection Church.
They have 2 beautiful daughters, Victoria Richard, married to Matthew Richard. Matthew has built his own landscape lighting business called Evening Glow and Victoria has given them two beautiful granddaughters, Mercy and Luma and also has a business selling Monat, a health, skin, and hair company. They both serve in their local church, Impulse Church. Olivia is married to Nick Putman and they both serve their church "Different Church" in Nashville where Olivia is the worship leader. Both daughters are very musical and sing, record, and produce their own music and Buddy enjoys creating with them in the studio when he is not traveling with the Booth Brothers. Buddy and Kerri have a not-so-mini Schnauzer named Wookie who keeps Kerri company while Buddy is on the road.
