It’s hard for me to believe that it is already April of 2014. This year is truly flying by us. That said we are experiencing a lot of first’s right now. Our oldest daughter Victoria will be graduating high school in just over a month and preparing for that is a huge mixture of emotions. She is playing the lead in her high school musical as Fanny Brice in “Funny Girl.”
Our youngest, Olivia, will be graduating 8th grade and making the move to high school next year. She has taken an interest in playing the guitar now and is really doing well and playing in church with us. She is also heading on her first mission trip to Albania with Hope for the World at the end of May.
Kerri and I, along with a couple of videographers will be heading to Albania, Romania and India for Hope for the World to make a professional video of the work being done by our missionaries in these countries. Both Romania and India, we have never been to and we are excited.
At the end of April, I am privileged to be inducted into the Gospel Music Association’s Hall of Fame through my involvement with the Gaither Vocal Band. I am truly honored by this.
I thank God for all of His blessings on our family. I pray that through this Easter season you will once again focus on all that Jesus Christ has done for us to set us free. Through His blood we are free indeed!
